Circle Cutter
This durable circle cutter provides easy method to
cut circular button graphics with speed and accuracy.
Two
interchangeable plastic centering templates are included.
A cutting plate is also included and protects surfaces

When designing your 3" button graphics,
the cut line should be 3.451" circle. The actual "picture
size" of the button will be 2.875" circle.
